A college basketball team finds the true meaning of friendship.

In 1985, Rick Riley and his basketball recruiting class formed friendships at Lakefield College which would last far beyond their four-year careers. Guided  by Lavern Lubinski, their outstanding coach and mentor, their associations were destined to transcend the hardwood court. Love, respect, dedication and good, old-fashioned hard work shaped the "Magnificent Seven." They never lost sight of their common goals and their precious relationships which, in both the short and long term, shape us all into who we are, who we become.
